I know I'm kinda slow in updating by blog but the whole of the month January had been a busy month for me as I am now woking in a new class... Pre-Nurseries!!!! A big jump from K2 from last year... but to tell you the truth, I am enjoying every bit of second in this class cos its so challenging working with 2 year olds and they are so ADORABLE!!!!!! And did I tell you bout the triplets in my class!!! OH GOD!!!! They can really make your day.... 3 charming boys, Oliver, Freddie and Adam, who are actually quite a handful to work with.... But they are just a bunch of adorable angels who can really melt your heart. Not forgetting the other toddlers in my class who are also darlings to me!
Oh yeah... Just completed my second practicum and it was whole lotta fun too.... Officially done and over with my dip.... Intend to do my Degree not but will just wait for awhile to settle things down at the moment till June cos I still got my Montessori Dip to complete by then! Argh!!!
Doing 2 Diplomas at one time is not a joke! But I'm glad I have completed one major one and a few more months for the other one.
Anyway, enough with that.... I seriously need a break... Since its Saturday today, intend to go clubbing tonight... Gosh... need to DESTRESS myself!!! I also need to pamper myself badly with some manicure, pedicure... probably highlight my hair which is so so sooo black right now that I'm sick of it!! Thought of doing streaks!!!
Anyway gotta go now.... will sure update my blogs often this year cos
Finally the year is going to end soon! Just went shopping with my cuzzie Anu in orchard to get our New Year Eve clothings! He He.. can't wait for the day to come! cos I bought a tube top and a skirt from Future State! Both black and when I wear both of them... it looks like a tube dress instead...So cool! Anyway it was raining cats and dogs ever since 1 am last night and it's so freaking cold outside! Even the raindrops are cold... and not those normal one which comes on and off throughout the year... Sigh! It betta be not raining on New Years Eve or else... Arghh!
Oh Yeah Orchard Road was horrible + terrible today bcos of the weather and the people there who thinks that its their grandfather's place... Just can't stand the way they move from one place to another which causes human jams. They just love obstructing the place by stopping in the middle and talking old grndmother stories to god knows who which they bump into... Esp the pathways from Wisma to Takashimaya! you people listen up! You betta be having a good sense of direction and try to move your A.S.S.E.S as fast as possible cos for God's sake we need to move!
Anyway, where did I stop just now? Oh yeah the rain! It has been raining and raining and raining for the past like 20 hours non-stop! Although its so nice and chilly outside, I still can't get to o many things! So dear Rain, please stop showing your temper, attitude, arrogance and whatever on we poor people by just going away cos, we people really need to play! Gotta go guys! Oh Yeah! Happy New Year in advance... will try to update my blog again before 2006 ends okie! hehe!
***Oh Ya!!! Another thing!! Finally my classes have ended that means I have finally graduated from my DPT course! But officially after my practicum 2 which is on Jan 8-24. After that I can kiss goodbye to EEC. Wooohoo!!!!!! So glad that by God's grace I finished this Dip smoothly!!!
Last Saturday I catched a movie after so long with Roshan and guess what movie was it? DHOOM 2!!! Since I'm very bad in reviewing movies, all I can say about Dhoom 2 is... AWESOME!!!!! Really worth my $10. I guess I and Roshan make it a point to watch a Hindi movie only if Hrithik acts cos his movies are always good. One good example is Krrish... I watched it twice although I rarely watched Hindi movies in theatres. But Dhoom 2 is really mind-blowing cos of the casting (esp. Hrithik Roshan and Aishwarya rai) the songs, the plot and the stunts (I really can't believe I'm doing this!!!) Anyway... Below is a song video clip from the movie. Enjoy!!!
Well... had been busy all while with assignments, classes, school graduation and concert and the list can just go on....
Since I have finally decided to update my blog, I wanna take this opportunity to ponder over certain issues which seem to get into my nerves. Recently, I came across an article in the newspapers regarding " Are Singaporeans Spoilt?" Expats claim that it is true, giving reasons such as the train system in Singapore is alot more better than other countries. This may be true but the bottom line is, although we have an excellent train system over here, S'poreans seem to take advantage over this. For example, seats!!! I just can't believe how these people can appear to look as if it is a matter of life and death when they see an empty seat in the train and rush to sit.
And if there is an elderly, or a pregnant woman, these 'good samaritans' will pretend to be sleeping by closing their eyes. as hard as they can. Come on man! It is so obvious what are your intentions people! I ever had an incident where I missed my stop at City Hall as a KIASU family charged into the train and blocked my way in order for them to quickly get my seat as I got up to leave the train. Whoever and wherever this family is... Argh I just don't wanna say it from my mouth but you guys will never be forgiven for what you had done to me that day cos I only reached home 2 hours later. The trains after that got delayed and I had to wait for taxis which I never got and gosh i don wanna think about it... So yeah...
And then I came across an email where it showed a photo of a family of three occupying 6 seats in the train. YES!!! It is in SINGAPORE!!! Apparently this family boarded the train in City Hall... They managed to find this whole row of seat unoccupied. The mother sat on one of them while her son who looked like Yogi Bear slept on her lap with his legs stretched, occupying 3 other seats. The head of the family, the father sat beside the son sound asleep with plastic bags filled with stuffs kept on the seat next to him which is the last seat. So what do you call this kind of a "considerate" behaviour? The word is "SHAMEFUL"!!! Oh yeah... the train was also packed with ppl standing ard... Gosh!!! Who in the world would do such things?
Not forgetting about the other popular mode of transport of ours... the BUS!!!! You can see the same thing happening in there too... As soon as you board the bus, no matter how crowded it is, you can still see a few seats where the person will be sitting on the outer side of the seat leaving the seats inside unoccupied, and not allowing those who are standing to have those seats. I wonder why? Probably they leave those seat empty for their deceased great grandmother. This is so frustrating bcos they don show any kind of reaction when those who are standing try to hint to them that they wish to sit! I see this practically everyday and I have decided, as the saying goes, "If you can't stop them, then join them!" Just to teach these people a lesson, esp in one of the buses whichI take regularly and see many familiar faces who loves playing this game with the others... Well, it's payback time...
Back again after a long time! Sigh... was busy wif assignments and stuff. Well I'm on one week leave right now... and hope this one week will pass as slow as possible... hehe... Anyway... althoug I'm on a week's leave I still had to get out of my bed at 9.30am today and head towards my school to hand in my asignment. Its really ridiculous to have our term break this week and having assignments due on these days. Its a real waste of time, money and energy going all the way to Paya Lebar and hand in the assignment and this whole duration only lasted 2 min in my school!!! After that could leave!!! What the heck!!! Ridiculous!!!
Anyway I decided to go shopping with my mom after that and was able to buy a few stuffs and among all those stuff I bought, the most I liked is my GUESS handbag which actually cost a bomb! But who cares!!! As long it looks nice to me, I will definitely get it ;)

I know it has been a long time ever since I updated my blog. Sigh... it has been a roller-coaster ride for me for the past one month with alot of problems which made me learn many lessons out of it... So I am here today again to vent out my frustrations and hopefully feel better. Isn't it a boring Sunday morning today? I always get to do nothing on this day.... probably thinking that there's work the next day makes me feel like doin nothing. But hey! I've always looked forward going to preschool and to my wonderful K2 Magnolia class... My day is never complete if I don't get to see them... They are just a bunch of angels trapped in 6 year olds' bodies.
I am definitely gonna miss these children as they are soon graduating. Anyway I will definitely be proud of each and everyone of them during their graduation day as they get to wear their graduation gown ad go upstage to collect their cert and lastly, give a "Thank You" speech for the teachers. I'm really looking forward to that!
Oh yeah... back to my personal life. I seriously need a break! A holiday would be good! I'm starting to clear my balance 12 days leave and I'm absolutely clueless on what to do on those days. Guess Deepavali is coming soon... I'd rather make use of a few of those days to just slack at home. Speaking of Deepavali, Roshiboy and I went to Serangoon Rd last night to check out the lightings and it was totally AWESOME!!! My gosh... I feel that this is the best lightings I've ever seen for the past 23 years of my life. I just love the colour combination and the concept of using peacocks. Haha... and without me realising, I actually took a picture of those lightings using my phone. I just couldn't resist it!
Anway... I gtg for now... will definitely update my blogs often hehe...

This is my first time attempting to blog, so I am definitely clueless on how to start off. Basically, my first impression of blogging a few months ago was not a pleasant one. I thought it was just a total waste of time. Now, I've realised what an exellent way blogging is, to reflect on ourselves for the day and to voice out our thoughts and issues which we think are necessary to be brought up and to be discussed on. Therefore, I am glad that I have taken up blogging as a way to express and reflect on myself which will greatly help me in my teaching profession. Ok, I'm sounding like some geeky professor rite now! I shall just see what I should talk about the next time if I were to post anything. Definitely not issues that would sound like my A levels GP essays... Perhaps... Hmm... We'll see...
